only 0.91 which is lighter than that of polyester
and nylon. Comparing with other product in
the same weight, nonwoven feels thicker and
loosen. |

Softness

Composed of
fine fibers (2-3D) and reinforced by heat-sealing,
spunbond nonwoven fabric has a good softness. |
Water repellent & air permeability
|
Nonwoven is
made of 100% hydrophobic PP fibers, so it
has excellent water repellent and air permeability.
As a result non woven feels comfortable and
easy to keep dry. |

Non-toxic & odorless
|
Using the raw
material approved for food packing in accordance
with FDA regulations, and reinforced by heat-sealing,
pp spun bond nonwoven contains no other chemicals,
no toxic materials, no odor and will not cause
allergy to human skin. |

Chemical resistance
|
PP fiber has
excellent chemical resistance from corrosion,
so physical propertics will not be influenced
by any chemicals and solvents. |

Bacteria resistance
|
The excellent
water repellent will get rid of mustry and
any attack of moths and bacteria. |

Excellent physical properties
|
Spun bond nonwoven
fabric has excellent physical propertics than
that of the staple fiber products by entangling
high speed air turbulence and heat-sealing
reinforced. Similar tensile strength at machine
direction(MD)and cross directions(CD) makes
it convenient for processing. |

Easy processing
|
Being made
of thermoplastic PP fibers with excellen tensile
strength, pp spun bond nonwoven fabric can
be processed through not only the normal sewing
machine but also the ultrasonic and welding
machine. Since the melt point of PP is 165¡æ,
the processing temperature should not exceed
120¡æ in order to prevent shinkage. |
