The company has four PP spun bond nonwoven fabric production lines with a total capacity of 10,000tons per year.

1.One line from Reifenhauser Germany in 1994. The Max. machine width is 240cm, with a capactiy of 2500tons per year.

2. Three domestic lines. Of which, two lines are 320cm wide and one is 240cm wide with a capacity of 2600tons per year for each line.

3. The products range from 12GSM to 200GSM (gram per square meter), with various colors.

4. Three lines of polyester wadding production line, with a toatl capacity of 3000tons per year.
